By using the Pulsee app (the "Service"), you agree to the following terms.

1. What Pulsee is

Pulsee is a news-aggregator and financial-education app for Indian users. It summarises publicly-available financial news into short trilingual (English / Hindi / Tamil) 60-word snippets, provides curated Government Schemes, Sarkari Jobs, and daily commodity & fuel prices, offers an EMI calculator and a CIBIL-score readiness checker, and hosts educational courses on CIBIL, Personal Loans and Savings.

2. What Pulsee is NOT

• We are NOT a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser, Portfolio Manager, Research Analyst, or Broker.
• We are NOT a registered NBFC, Bank, or Lender. We do not lend money, issue credit cards, or facilitate any financial transaction.
• We do NOT provide personalised financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
• We do NOT guarantee approval of any loan, credit card, government scheme, or job application.

3. Account creation & phone-number verification

To create an account you must provide your name and a valid 10-digit Indian mobile number. We verify ownership of the number by sending a One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS through Google Firebase Authentication. By submitting your number you confirm:

• The number belongs to you and you have the legal right to receive SMS on it.
• You are 18 years or older.
• You authorise Pulsee and Firebase to send you a single verification SMS at signup. Standard SMS-receive charges from your carrier (if any) are your responsibility — we do not charge for OTP.
• You will not attempt to verify a number you do not own or use the OTP flow to harass another person.

You may delete your account and your Firebase identity at any time from Settings → "Delete my account".

4. News content sourcing and copyright

News content is aggregated via public RSS feeds from Moneycontrol, Economic Times (Markets, Wealth, Stocks, Banking, Policy), Livemint (Money, Markets, Companies, Economy), The Hindu BusinessLine, The Hindu Business, Indian Express, and Google News India. All copyrights remain with the original publisher. Each news item links back to the original source. AI-generated 60-word summaries and language translations may contain errors or omissions; always verify with the original source before acting.

5. Educational content and tools — disclaimer

Courses (CIBIL Mastery, Personal Loan Pro, Build Your First ₹50,000), the EMI calculator, the Financial Fitness Checker score, and any tool output are for educational and informational purposes only. Do not treat them as personalised financial advice. Always consult a SEBI-registered advisor or your bank before taking loans, investing, or making financial decisions. Course-completion certificates (if any) are not regulatory qualifications.

6. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for losses arising from decisions you make based on information shown in the App, including but not limited to trading losses, loan costs, EMI defaults, mis-applied government scheme benefits, or missed job-application deadlines. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Market investments are subject to market risks.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer the App; (b) scrape, mirror, or republish content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the backend or other users' accounts; (d) submit a phone number you do not own; (e) abuse the OTP system (e.g., requesting OTPs for unowned numbers). We may revoke your access and block your phone number from re-registering if we detect abuse.

8. Changes to the service

Features, course content, news sources, government scheme lists, and availability may change at any time without notice. Material legal changes will be notified in-app.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
